Free Resource Pack: Inclusive Activities That Work

This free resource pack has been created to help teachers, coaches, carers, and support staff plan and deliver inclusive physical activity sessions with confidence.

The goal is simple: to give you ready-to-use tools that work in real environments – whether you’re in a school, a community hall, or an adult care setting.

Each pack includes:

  • A full warm-up, main activity and cool down

  • Adaptations built in for different physical, sensory or cognitive needs

  • Visual examples using the ADAPT IT model to help you adjust activities in the moment

These packs aren’t here to dictate every move — they’re here to give you strong foundations, clear examples, and the confidence to shape activity around the people in front of you.

Whether you’re new to adapted movement or just looking for new ideas, these resources are designed to get you started — and help you keep sessions inclusive, active, and fun.
