About The Founder
My journey has always been fuelled by a desire to make a meaningful impact and improve lives.
I believe the opportunity to move should be a human right. For over eight years, I’ve worked across Olympic and Paralympic sport to help people realise their potential. I led projects in the Pacific as a nominated expert on Olympic Solidarity-funded projects building a sports science and medicine programme, a coach educator for the FIVB, attended major games and led provisions for Team GB.
I’m on a mission to redefine the perception of exercise and sport, with my experiences, having seen the power of sport first-hand

About Our Process
The Move For Life Pathway
Our 3-step process makes exercise accessible, engaging and effective.
1
Engage
Participants are engaged with Move Mojo through accessible sessions delivered in the community, such as within schools, community groups and sports clubs.
2
Develop
Individuals increase their health and well-being by participating in sessions that improve health and well-being for life through our multi-sport games.
3
Empower
Participants will have learned fundamental movements. They will have experienced and achieved various new life skills, so they are more likely to partake in a sport or regular physical activity.
End User Benefits
Improving health through adapted exercises.
IMPROVED CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
The game-based exercises improve cardiovascular health, which can lead to a healthier life, increased energy levels, enhanced cognitive function, and reduced risk of chronic health conditions.
IMPROVED COORDINATION
The program uses game-based exercises with various movements and progressions to improve movement skills and coordination. This can reduce the risk of falls and trips and increase independence.
IMPROVED STRENGTH
The sessions are designed to increase strength through gamified exercises to make everyday tasks easier. An increase in strength can lead to greater independence, a higher fulfillment of life, reduced risk of chronic health conditions, and a lower likelihood of falls and trips.
IMPROVED MENTAL HEALTH
The program creates a safe environment with a focus on teamwork, movement, and fun, which can improve focus, attention, communication, and social skills. The gamified approach can also boost mood, reduce depression symptoms, and lower stress.
